NDI ICT Solutions strengthens its position in real estate ICT with the acquisition of VoiceByte
The combined organization further expands its ICT services for property managers and multi-tenant office buildings to a leading position in the sector and is active in more than 100 buildings across the Netherlands.
NDI ICT Solutions has acquired VoiceByte, a specialist in ICT and network infrastructures for commercial real estate. With this acquisition, NDI ICT Solutions, its specialized real estate label Building Connect, and VoiceByte join forces. As a result, the combined organization is one of the largest specialized providers of ICT solutions for property managers and multi-tenant office buildings in the Netherlands.
Property owners and managers are increasingly looking for a single partner that can fully deliver and manage networks, connectivity, security, and building-related technology. VoiceByte, founded in 2007 by Michael van de Wetering, designs, implements, and manages ICT and network infrastructures in commercial buildings and multi-tenant environments. In addition, the company provides solutions for camera surveillance, access control, meeting room systems, digital signage, and LED walls.
VoiceByte is therefore highly complementary to Building Connect, NDI’s specialized label for connectivity and building-related IT solutions in multi-tenant office buildings and commercial real estate. VoiceByte will continue to operate under its own name.
