Microsoft 365

The Microsoft tenant is the foundation of NDI Modern Work. Each user in the tenant is provided with a license, and various licenses are available. The most up-to-date information about licenses is published by Microsoft.

To achieve a secure and efficient workplace, minimal a Business Premium license is required. Lower-priced licenses often do not offer the necessary functionalities to meet the standards. You can find more information on what Microsoft 365 can offer you here.

Management

In an IT landscape that is constantly changing and becoming more complex, it is essential that your modern workplace functions smoothly. We understand this and are committed not only to a well-set-up workplace but also to consistent management. We set up your modern workplace and provide active management, monitoring, and maintenance, so you can focus entirely on your work.

Security

Safety is a top priority in all our services, especially for the modern workplace. We maintain a continuously updated security baseline that includes both technical and organizational measures. This baseline serves as a minimum requirement for providing a secure working environment and minimizing the risks of cybersecurity incidents. Additionally, we are ISO 27001 certified, which not only confirms that we have our business in order but also makes it clear that we take security extremely seriously and that data is in good hands with us.

Backup

A backup is your lifeline in case of data loss or damage. Microsoft 365 offers the standard ability to recover accidentally deleted emails or files within a 30-day period. However, after this period, or in the case of a cyberattack, for example, this option is not sufficient. That’s why we use an external cloud backup service, where your files are safely stored in an independent, external location. With unlimited storage space and a lifetime retention period. This way, you are always assured of the availability and integrity of your data.
