We hope you’re looking forward to a wonderful summer. We certainly are! This summer brings some exciting changes to our services. We are delighted to announce that NDI ICT Solutions will be dividing its services into two distinct brands, allowing us to further enhance our expertise and improve our offerings:

NDI ICT Solutions will continue to be your trusted specialist in office automation. We optimize your office environment with reliable and efficient ICT solutions, allowing you to focus on your core activities without worrying about your ICT infrastructure.

Building Connect will specifically cater to the real estate sector. We will provide connectivity solutions for tenants in business centers and support property owners and managers with building-related ICT services.Starting July 1, 2024, Building Connect will handle building-related services (including connectivity, Wi-Fi, management, and colocation), while NDI will manage the other services (including cloud and workplace management).

Enhanced processes and customer portal

We are also excited to announce that we will soon transition to a new Service Management Platform: Autotask. This move is a significant step in our organization’s growth, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Why Autotask?

Autotask will help us improve and streamline our internal processes, leading to better and more efficient service for you. Some of the specific benefits include:

  • Improved Management Capabilities: We can more quickly identify which device has a problem and review any previous issues reported.
  • Upgraded Reporting: New and improved reports will provide clearer insights.
  • Secure Customer Portal: This portal offers real-time information on disruptions, convenient self-service tools, and the ability to create and view tickets.

In short, we will be able to assist you even faster and better.

What does this mean for you?

We understand that any change can raise questions and concerns. We want to assure you that the services you receive from us will remain unchanged as a result of this transition. The main changes will be in:

  • Invoices: The format and content of your invoices will change. While the essence and payment methods remain the same, the level of detail regarding the services provided will be updated.
  • Communication: Newsletters and service emails will get a new look and feel.
  • The “Agent”: Do you use our management services? If so, we will be replacing the agent on managed workstations and servers over the coming period. We will provide more details in a separate message.

What do we need from you?

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we only ask for your feedback. Your input is invaluable to us. We welcome any comments, questions, or suggestions you may have about invoices, newsletters, your needs, or concerns. If you have any questions or if anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us.
