Last year, Microsoft launched the New Commerce Experience (NCE). We then proposed to take 80% of the Microsoft 365 licenses on an annual basis and 20% on a monthly basis. See: https://ndi.nl/en/nce/. At that time, annual licenses could be purchased with a 5% discount. Soon, this discount will expire and the annual licenses will be automatically renewed at the standard rate and with the current quantities. We would appreciate any changes to be communicated before the end date of the annual license.

Announcement of price change from Microsoft NCE
Microsoft has always charged Microsoft 365 licenses in euros based on a fixed dollar-euro exchange rate. In the first quarter of this year, Microsoft announced that it will determine the exchange rate twice a year based on the FX rate (Foreign Exchange).
In practice, this means that the prices of licenses will be adjusted twice a year. Depending on the exchange rate, this can be a price increase or decrease. This change will take effect on April 1, 2023.
- If you have a monthly license, prices will increase by approximately 11% as of April 1, 2023. There is no information available yet about the next adjustment later this year.
- If you have an annual license with an end date before April 1, 2023, the increase will not apply to you upon renewal.
- If you would like to convert your monthly license to an annual license, please let us know before March 14.
To guarantee price protection for one year, we will purchase all new licenses for new employees on an annual basis.
